Advantages of the E-Cat Technology

by Hank Mills
Pure Energy Systems News
November 10?, 2011

There are a multitude of advantages obtained when utilizing an E-Cat (nickel-hydrogen cold fusion) product to produce energy, rather than a conventional technology. When utilizing an E-Cat product, you are taking advantage of a "cutting edge" technology that holds the potential to change the energy landscape, if not all of human civilization. By using an insignificant quantity of cheap fuel, producing zero pollution, eliminating all of the drawbacks of conventional fission based nuclear power, and having an extremely high energy density, the E-Cat technology is the most attractive energy technology on the planet.

In almost all conventional methods of energy production, the cost of fuel is an incredibly important cost factor to consider. The price of fossil fuels such as oil, natural gas, and coal are already high, and set to increase. In fact, the greatest portion of the cost to operate a conventional power plant can be the fuel consumed. This is not the case with the E-Cat technology. Cold fusion E-Cat units only use tiny quantities of specially processed nickel powder, and ordinary (light) hydrogen as fuel. Because the energy produced by an E-Cat is extracted from the atomic bonds of these elements and not ordinary chemical reactions, a few grams of nickel powder can replace many barrels of oil. With cold fusion technology, the fuel cost becomes insignificant compared to the power produced.

Unlike nuclear power plants, an E-Cat cold fusion device does not utilize radioactive materials in anyway, and does not consume such dangerous substances as fuel. This means the tiny quantities of fuel an E-Cat consumes (nickel and hydrogen) do not require expensive transport, and storage systems. When an E-Cat needs to be re-fueled, the spent contents of the reactor core are completely non-radioactive. Additional fuel can be added, or the reactor cores can be replaced without any worry about radioactivity, or nuclear waste.

An additional issue with the use of fossil fuels is the pollution they create. Power plants, factories, industry, and vehicles all emit huge amounts of pollution in the form of particulate matter, carbon dioxide, and other harmful substances. The pollution they emit can contribute to smog production, induce health problems, and potentially contribute to global warming. A huge benefit of the E-Cat technology is that it does not emit any form of pollution into the environment. No liquid, gaseous, or solid waste is produced at all, period.

Along with being non-polluting and economical, the E-Cat technology has an extremely high power density. As an example, consider how a reactor core with an internal volume of only 50 cubic centimeters, can produce a maximum safe output of ten kilowatts of thermal power. This degree of power density is simply amazing, especially considering all the other benefits of the technology -- the low cost of fuel, having none of the drawbacks of traditional nuclear power, and being completely safe.

Perhaps the one topic that will always be associated with any type of nuclear power is the phenomenon of "melt down" in traditional fission based nuclear reactors. A melt down occurs when the reactor core of a fission based nuclear reactor overheats, and the radioactive fuel melts through the reactor casing. This simply cannot take place in an E-Cat cold fusion reactor, because before such a temperature could be reached the nickel powder would melt. This would destroy all of the reaction sites where the nuclear processes take place. The nuclear reactions would cease, and no more heat would be produced. Since no radioactive materials are used and no radioactive waste is produced, a technician could remove the melted nickel with no fear of radioactivity.

A complete and detailed list of all the advantages of the E-Cat technology would be extremely lengthy. In short, here are just a few of the remaining advantages of the technology.

-- Quiet operation.
-- Constant operation despite weather conditions. (Unlike solar or wind power.)
-- Easy to concealment to prevent from being an eyesore.
-- Can be used indoors due to no fumes or pollution being emitted.
-- Cutting edge technology with unlimited potential for additional development.
-- Modular construction which allows for easy addition or subtraction of sub-units.

The E-Cat technology represents the latest and most significant energy producing technology on the planet. It is economically attractive, environmentally friendly, and completely safe. Those savvy individuals who wish to "ride the wave of innovation" should seriously consider utilizing the E-Cat technology for their home, business, or industry.

Leonardo Corp Products

1 (One) Megawatt E-Cat Plant
(Available)

The one megawatt E-Cat plant is currently available for sale to qualified customers, who represent commercial or industrial interests. While being capable of fitting inside of a standard shipping container, it can produce up to one megawatt of power in the form of hot water, or low temperature steam. It is composed of around hundred individual modules, each containing three reactor cores. This game-changing, energy-producing plant consumes no radioactive materials, produces no nuclear waste, emits no pollution, and incorporates numerous safety features. By consuming only small quantities of cheap fuel -- nickel powder and hydrogen gas -- it has earned the reputation of being both economically attractive, and the ultimate "green" machine. More...

5 Kilowatt Home Heating E-Cat
(Pending)

 5 kW E-Cat concept image

The five kilowatt E-Cat is still in research and development phase. Upon completion (2013), it will be offered for sale to the general public. The unit will provide a constant yet adjustable output of up to five kilowatts of heat (in the form of hot water). This large quantity of output is produced with only a very small consumption of electrical power. Like the one megawatt plant, it utilizes no radioactive materials, produces no radioactive waste, emits no radiation into the environment, and releases no pollution. The multiple built in safety features and the inherent nature of the E-Cat technology, make this system an attractive heating solution for homes or small businesses. More...
